Cancellation Policy
To reserve a future appointment, a credit card is required.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the booked service.
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged 50 percent of the service cost.
This policy helps us protect our team’s time and ensure availability for other guests.
Service Adjustment Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your haircut or color, we’re happy to make it right.
- Please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment.
- Adjustments are complimentary and scheduled with the original stylist whenever possible.
- Adjustments are designed to fine-tune the original service, not to revise the agreed-upon look.
Refunds are not offered, but our goal is to ensure you love your hair
Product Return Policy
We gladly accept returns on gently used or unopened products within 60 days of purchase.
Exclusions include:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Brushes, tools, and accessories
- Gift cards
